McCown Will Be Part Of The Darnold Family In No Time

Usually the perception of someone who is completely okay with being a back up, is a loser. Not this time, Everyone loves that Josh McCown has been on eleven teams and now can be a mentor.

He is genuinely happy when Darnold is doing well and I don’t blame him at all. Its just like Alex Moran from Blue Mountain State. Why have all the pressure when you can sit on the sidelines and still have some glory. Also when you’re in the NFL for 16 years why the shit would you want to still be getting hit. Sit on the bench and get paid millions to tell a 21 year old what to do. Everyone is praising this man, saying how great of a mentor he is and this is why Darnold is so poised at this age.

This video is gold, Chris Darnold (Sams mom, Wild her name is Chris) pointing at Josh like he has been in the family for years. I really have no idea how I feel about this, its nice they’re friends but give it a break.

The best part about all of this, is that there is so much joy in the Jets world right now. It is going to make it 10x better when the season goes to shit and the blame game begins. Until then Josh McCown do you and hopefully you can get the invite to Thanksgiving dinner.
