NYC Transit gets shit on 24/7 by customers on Twitter for good reason. They try and respond to everyone so it seems like they actually care. This response is amazing.
The time this was sent at was 3:48 am. The only possible explanation for this is that the person was showing someone this in a draft as a joke and than sent it out on accident. There is no possible way they were like “yep this is the information that will not make them upset with us anymore.” If they did think this was the answer, more power to them.
Lets start with saying “everything will be better in 5-10 years.” Thats a top five answer. I’m going to start using that in my everyday life. “Hey Marty can you move your stuff out of my apartment?” Uhm I plan on getting to it in 5-10 years on my Fast Forward Plan.
That leads me to the Fast Forward plan. I mean come on, you couldn’t get a little creative and come up with something better than that. All in all this tweet is gold. It is going to get everyone very upset and there is nothing better than upset travelers. The subway could care less about the delays an your problems. Just Fast Forward 5-10 years and you will be satisfied.
