Some Are Very Mad Online At Gillette's New Ad That Solves Toxic Masculinity

Yesterday, Gilette dropped this 1 minute, 49 seconds commercial on Twitter & YouTube. You can watch it for yourself, but it plays on the #MeToo movement, “boys will be boys” and Gilette’s original “The Best The Man Can Be” commercial from 1989.

I never anticipated a razor to solve toxic masculinity, but here we are. The ad definitely worked in terms of exposure, though. On Twitter, it has almost 60k retweets and 140k favorites. On YouTube, it has over 4 million views.

In the least surprising response ever, there are some alpha males on Twitter who are mad online over the commercial. Piers Morgan is one of them:
