Let's Get Sexy: A Saratoga Pick Four and A College Football Parlay

This is not a weekend to be shy. This is not the time to be timid. This is not the moment to hesitate. This is the time to step forward and be bold. That is what we will be this weekend. Last night wasn't great, 2-3, with an awful beat with Texas State, but no matter, we recoup and redouble our efforts for today. Those efforts start this afternoon with some horse racing and flow into the weekend with a college football parlay for the ages.

Normally, I am not a huge parlay bettor, but on an occasion like the start of the college football season, we have to take advantage of it and push our chips to the middle of the table. That's what we're going to do starting this evening. We are going to take a stab at a parlay that should pay out about +646 or so, depending on your book. Those are some pretty tasty odds. But first, we are going to try our luck at Saratoga, after hitting a trifecta yesterday, today we try a little Pick Four action.

Saratoga Race Course

Saratoga Pick Four

Race 8: 2,7,9,11

Race 9: 1,3,6

Race 10: 3,5,6

Race 11: 4,6,10

Now, after we collect those winnings (hopefully), we move on to college football this evening and we begin a journey that will carry us through the weekend and potentially line our pockets with gold. That's right, the five team parlay. At a payout of over +640, it's impossible to resist the siren song of this bet. Here's what we're cooking with on the parlay.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: APR 06 Purdue Spring Game

College Football Parlay:

Oklahoma State ML over Oregon State

Florida State ML over Boise State

Kentucky ML over Toledo

Purdue -10 over Nevada

Colorado -13 over Colorado State

We go with the spread in the final two because those two should be massive mismatches. Steven Montez and Laviska Shenault for Colorado should easily handle the Colorado State defense, and new Head Coach Mel Tucker should have the Buffaloes defense flying around. Purdue, meanwhile, is a veteran led team up against a simply outmanned Nevada squad. These should both be easy double digit wins. This all adds up to a giant potential score on an opening weekend parlay. Let's get out there and start this season the right way. Winning.
