BlackJack's Friday Feast of Winners

Alright baby, it’s time for the weekend. It’s been a pretty good week, now it’s time to wrap this thing up in strong fashion and head into the weekend with momentum. We need that momentum because it will propel us to greater heights than we have ever seen. So let’s not waste time. Let’s not dilly dally. Let’s not procrastinate any further. Let’s get these wins.

Friday Winners:

Divisional Series - Washington Nationals v Los Angeles Dodgers - Game Five

Washington Nationals at St. Louis Cardinals (-130)

This is going to be an interesting game with Miles Mikolas and Anibal Sanchez throwing for the Cardinals and Nationals, respectively. Both are accomplished and capable starters, but this isn’t exactly Flaherty-Scherzer. For that reason, I was surprised at the total. I think we see the Nationals have to use their pen tonight rather than the starters in relief strategy they’ve been employing. I like runs tonight.

THE PICK: Over 7.5

San Jose Sharks v Anaheim Ducks

Anaheim Ducks at Columbus Blue Jackets (-140)

I’ve been fading the Ducks and they have been kicking me right in the teeth. So, lesson learned for tonight, I’m not fading the Ducks this evening. I’m not taking them either. I think with Ryan Miller most likely in net on the second night of a back to back, we see even more of a grind it out, defensive style from Anaheim. That should work against a Blue Jackets team that has shown relatively little offensive punch.

THE PICK: Under 5.5

Utah v Colorado

Colorado Buffaloes at Oregon Ducks (-21.5)

Maybe I’m delusional here, but I don’t think I am. I don’t see Colorado going into Eugene and winning. Hell, I don’t see Colorado going into Eugene and stopping Oregon much, but I also think Colorado will go into Eugene and score themselves. This Colorado team may be the toughest offense Oregon has faced, and yes, I know they played Auburn. I think Colorado keeps this within three touchdowns and puts points on the board themselves, giving us a double play tonight.

THE PICKS: Colorado +21 AND Over 59

Alright, let’s start this weekend by cashing some tickets, baby!
